In November this year, the head office of the Rail Baltica joint venture RB Rail AS was opened at the new Class A business center “Origo One” in full compliance with national epidemiological safety requirements. The new office space will become the workspace of 191 employees of RB Rail AS. RB Rail AS is the central coordinator of the Rail Baltica project.

The “Origo One” business center’s location is a strategically important part of the city of Riga, with the Riga Railway Station, the Riga International Coach Terminal, the Old Town, shopping centers and hotels within the immediate vicinity of each other. In addition, large-scale traffic infrastructure works are currently underway as part of the Rail Baltica project.
With the opening of the Rail Baltica joint venture RB Rail AS’ office, the new Class A business center “Origo One” has leased out all office spaces. Eight companies, including RB Rail AS, “Enlabs Group”, the digital content studio “TheSoul Publishing”, “Narvesen & Caffeine”, “Hills Properties”, “Colliers International”, “LETA” and “TVNET Group” have found a new home in the “Origo One” Class A offices — a total area of 11 500 m2.
The business center “Origo One” obtained the world’s leading building sustainability assessment method’s BREEAM certification in the spring of this year and was awarded with the highest final rating among all business centers in Latvia. Furthermore, in March of this year, the newly constructed “Origo” building, which includes the “Origo One” business center, was awarded 1st place in the “Latvian Construction Annual Awards 2020” in the “New Public Building” category. As part of this ambitious project, visitor amenities have been extended to an underground parking area, providing space for up to 130 cars, including electric vehicles, as well as a large, secure, and easily accessible bicycle accommodation for 72 bicycles. In addition to the availability of bicycle racks for 50 bikes in the public outdoor area) and free self-service bicycle repair stations.
