The Estonian-based company won the tender to manage all parking facilities within \u201cLinstow Baltic\u2019s\u201d property portfolio in Riga and will provide efficient, digitally managed mobility solutions. \u201cSnabb\u201d offers modern parking management and payment systems, including automated access and convenient payment options through its mobile app.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This collaboration marks a significant step in \u201cLinstow Baltic\u2019s\u201d strategy to enhance urban mobility, implement sustainable solutions, and integrate smart technology into real estate management. The new model will offer digitalized parking management, improved efficiency in car park space planning, and sustainable practices such as optimized energy consumption and integration with city-wide mobility systems.<\/p>\n

Starting April 1, \u201cSnabb\u2019s\u201d services will be available in several key locations in Riga, including the shopping center \u201cOrigo\u201d and business center \u201cOrigo One\u201d parking facility, underground parking at the \u201cRadisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel\u201d and \u201cRadisson Blu Elizabete Hotel\u201d, the \u201cSPORTA 2\u201d quarter, the \u201cLast\u0101dija\u201d quarter, and other parking properties owned by \u201cLinstow Baltic\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kustas K\u00f5iv, CEO of \u201cSnabb\u201d<\/strong>, emphasizes that deals of this scale are rare in the Baltic parking industry. \u201cIn Estonia, only the city of Tallinn and Tallinn Airport have comparable volumes of car parks, hence this victory in the largest parking tender in the Baltics marks a significant turning point for \u201cSnabb\u201d. In the long run, the best product wins \u2013 this is the strategy that has driven \u201cSnabb\u201d forward, helping us secure new projects and expand our operations in other countries,\u201d adds Kustas K\u00f5iv.<\/p>\n

With the launch of \u201cSnabb\u2019s\u201d operations, several upgrades are planned for \u201cLinstow Baltic\u2019s\u201d car parks. Traditional ticket machines will be replaced with license plate recognition cameras, and customers will be able to pay via contactless methods when exiting. Rather than limiting payment to a single app, \u201cSnabb\u201d will support payments via all major parking apps, including \u201cMobilly\u201d, which has over one million users.<\/p>\n\n
