The \u201cOrigo One\u201d business centre has acquired the world\u2019s leading building sustainability assessment method\u2019s BREEAM certification, gaining the highest final rating among business centres in Latvia. From the outset, the \u201cOrigo One\u201d project\u2019s focus was on ensuring high standards of energy efficiency, work environment and sustainability, thus allowing the developer \u2013 \u201cLinstow Baltic\u201d (LB) \u2013 to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for the office workers and visitors with the help of nature and environmentally- friendly solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cOne of \u201cLinstow Baltic\u2019s\u201d primary objectives in developing the \u201cOrigo One\u201d business centre was to make a long-term contribution to the urban environment and public welfare, and to set an example in terms of sustainable development. Receiving the Latvia\u2019s highest-rated BREEAM certificate \u2013 \u201cExcellent\u201d (79,1%) among business centres is a great way of recognising the value of our business vision and our work to both the project team and our cooperation partners. And we are very glad to note that, on a daily basis, more and more tenants are starting to appreciate the environment and employee-friendly solutions,<\/em>\u201d acknowledges Andis Kubla\u010dovs, Project Director at LB.<\/p>\n

Companies such as \u201cNarvesen & Caffeine\u201d, \u201cHili Properties\u201d, \u201cColliers International\u201d, \u201cLETA\u201d, \u201cTVNET Group\u201d, \u201cEnlab Group\u201d and \u201cTheSoul Publishing\u201d have already set up their offices in the \u201cOrigo One\u201d business centre. In its entirety, the \u201cOrigo One\u201d contains 11,500 m2 of Class-A office space.<\/p>\n
